This is why your website doesn't bring in clients

Google Ads work—but you're paying rent on every lead. Your site was supposed to bring in business. It never did. Now you're stuck between margin to Google and a quiet phone.

  • Ads are predictable—but you own nothing. When bids rise, you pay more or go dark.
  • The website is everyone's problem and nobody's priority. Updating it is a chore, so it sits there doing nothing.
  • Past agencies showed you traffic charts while the ad bill stayed glued to "on."

Best fit: You know what converts from ads and can invest on a 90-day horizon.
Not right now: If you need leads next week to survive, stabilize that first.

We run the system—research, volume, editing—so you're not stuck between Google's rent and a silent website.

You've probably weighed a few paths already

None of them are wrong—but each has a cost.

  • Keep relying on referrals — works until it doesn't; you can't control the pipeline
  • Keep paying Google Ads — predictable, but you're renting every lead and margins shrink
  • Hire someone in-house — expensive, takes months to ramp, and you're still managing them
  • Try a cheaper agency — lower fee, but the output lands on your reputation
  • Do nothing for now — the site keeps sitting there while competitors show up

This program exists for firms that want results without building a team or gambling on quality.

Four steps. We carry most of the load.

1

Free written game plan

Tell us who you serve. We return a concrete plan—before you owe anything.

2

We map competitors and gaps

What competitors show up for, where you're losing, and which searches matter for revenue—not guesswork.

3

We handle everything

Content, Google Business Profile, directory listings—published and managed. Humans review everything before it ships.

4

You get plain-English readouts

See if your site is easing ad pressure—not just traffic charts while the bill stays on.

What's in the box

Everything an in-house team would build—without the hire.

Humans review everything before it ships.

See where you’re losing—and where to win

See what competitors show up for, where you're losing, and where the opportunities are. Updated constantly.

Try us before you pay

Concrete plan before you spend a dollar. Walk away with clarity even if you don't hire us.

Get the free plan

Everything your site needs, not just content

Strategy, content, Google Business Profile, directory listings—all managed so you don't have to.

Reporting tied to pipeline

Leads and revenue signals—not vanity charts. See if your site is easing your ad bill.

Speed, ownership, clarity

Three reasons this works for professional firms.

Get found faster

We build the pages that show up when clients search. Your site earns trust with Google while competitors stitch vendors together.

Own the asset

Done-for-you. Briefs match how you talk to clients; you approve sensitive lines. Pages live on your domain—unlike ads, you stop paying and they keep working.

See what's working

Reporting tied to leads, not pageviews. Know where competitors show up and whether you're closing the gap.

What makes this different

If you've worked with agencies before, here's how this compares.

Dimension Typical agency / low-end content This program
How much gets done Often a few posts per month ~30 research-backed articles/month, edited before publish
Where the plan comes from Generic proposals or templates Built from your competitive landscape—not a one-size deck
When you see the plan Weeks after you sign Written roadmap before you pay
Quality control Depends on whoever was assigned Editors + guardrails so weak claims don’t ship
Reporting Activity and vanity metrics Readouts tied to demand and leads—not charts for their own sake
Contract length Often 6–12 month lock-ins before you’ve seen real output Month-to-month. Stay because it's working.

What clients say

"We were spending $8K/month on ads and getting nervous every time CPCs rose. Six months in, organic now covers 40% of our qualified leads. The ad bill is down, and we sleep better."
Managing Partner, estate planning firm (TX)

One right-fit client. What's that worth to you?

Building this in-house: $12K–15K/mo

$3,500 / month

Month-to-month. No long-term contract.

90-day progress guarantee—if we don't move the needle, up to 90 more days free. What we measure

Included

  • Free strategy overview before you pay
  • 30 articles/month, reviewed for accuracy
  • 10 links from other sites/month

  • Directory listings
  • 24/7 dashboard access (app.seodude.io)

Add-on: Website build

Pay quarterly and the 10% discount applies to your full invoice (program + new website).

Objections we hear on every good call

If it’s on your mind, it’s probably on theirs—so we answer it here.

Do I need to know SEO?

No. Know your clients and your offer—we translate that into a plan and handle execution. You stay in the loop without jargon.

What if we’re not running Google Ads yet?

The program still works—but it moves faster when ads have already shown what converts. If you're pre-ads, we should talk timing.

Is the goal to stop running ads?

No—the goal is flexibility. Own more demand, trim ads where your site delivers, keep ads where they still work. Sleep without worrying that turning off ads would silence the phone.

How long until we see results?

Your site builds over time—expect directional progress on coverage and traffic first, then pipeline impact as your site earns trust. We set honest milestones in your free plan.

Who owns the content?

You do. Everything is published on your site and stays with you. We’re the operator, not the landlord.

What does “free plan first” actually mean?

You share context; we return a written roadmap—topics, where competitors are winning, publishing pace. If either side isn't excited, you walk away with useful clarity and no invoice.

What's included beyond content?

Everything your site needs: strategy, 30 articles/month reviewed for accuracy, 10 links from other sites, Google Business Profile management, directory listings, 24/7 dashboard access, a monthly 60-min strategy call, and async support between calls. Need a new site? That’s a separate add-on (+$1,000/mo for up to 6 months). Content is one piece—not the whole program.

We tried SEO before and it didn’t work.

That’s common. Weak results usually come from too little volume, wrong targeting, or content that doesn’t meet the bar for your market. We’re built around all three—happy to show how that differs from what you saw before.

We’re already working with an agency.

Good—that usually means you take search seriously. The question is whether you're getting the output and proof you need. If you want a straight comparison on volume, where the plan comes from, and reporting, we can walk through it without drama.

What if I want quarterly billing and a website build?

Quarterly + website build: 10% off the full stack. The 6-month commitment covers the financed $6K build.

$3,500 a month sounds like a lot.

It’s a real line item. The useful frame: what’s one qualified client or matter worth against a fixed monthly cost—and does traffic you own reduce what you’re paying Google over time? We’ll use your numbers; no generic ROI theater.

What counts as “progress” for the 90-day guarantee?

At kickoff we document a baseline once Google Search Console reflects your real landscape. We focus on an agreed priority set—the pages and searches that lead to clients—not terms that don't lead to business.

We consider the needle moved if, by the end of the first 90 days of paid service, at least one of the following improves versus that baseline by the thresholds in your agreement (we set the numbers in writing so there’s no debate):

  • How often your pages show up for the pages and searches that matter (Search Console)
  • Clicks from search to the pages that matter for your business
  • Where you show up in results for the searches that matter (Search Console + tracker)
  • New pages we publish start showing up for the searches you care about

If none of those indicators clear the agreed bar, we extend the program up to 90 more calendar days at no charge while we adjust strategy and execution.

We re-baseline or pause the guarantee window only in edge cases—e.g. prolonged site outage, blocked publishing, or a major change on your side that makes measurement meaningless. Exact rules sit in your client agreement.

Can you guarantee rankings?

We don’t guarantee a specific rank or slot—no ethical operator can promise Google’s algorithm.

We do guarantee delivery (the work in your plan) and accountability: if the agreed search metrics don’t move in the first 90 days, you get up to 90 more days free while we course-correct. That’s how we put our incentives where your risk is.

Someone else has to sign off on this.

Makes sense. We can package a short written summary of the plan and economics for whoever needs it—and schedule a tight follow-up so questions don’t die in email.
