FAQ
Objections we hear on every good call
If it’s on your mind, it’s probably on theirs—so we answer it here.
Do I need to know SEO?
No. Know your clients and your offer—we translate that into a plan and handle execution. You stay in the loop without jargon.
What if we’re not on Google Ads or Local Services yet?
The program still works—but it moves faster when paid Google has already shown what converts. If you're not spending there yet, we should talk timing.
Is the goal to stop running Google Ads and Local Services?
No—the goal is flexibility. Own more demand, trim paid Google where your site delivers, keep it where it still works. Sleep without worrying that turning off Google Ads or Local Services would silence the phone.
How long until we see results?
Your site builds over time—expect directional progress on coverage and traffic first, then pipeline impact as your site earns trust. We set honest milestones in your free plan.
Who owns the content?
You do. Everything is published on your site and stays with you. We’re the operator, not the landlord.
What does “free written strategy first” mean?
You share context; we return a written roadmap—topics, where competitors are winning, publishing pace. If either side isn't excited, you walk away with useful clarity and no invoice.
What's included beyond content?
Everything your site needs: strategy, 30 articles/month reviewed for accuracy, 10 links from other sites, Google Business Profile management, directory listings, 24/7 dashboard access, a monthly 60-min strategy call, and async support between calls. Need a new site? That’s a separate add-on (+$1,000/mo for up to 6 months). Content is one piece—not the whole program.
We tried SEO before and it didn’t work.
That’s common. Weak results usually come from too little volume, wrong targeting, or content that doesn’t meet the bar for your market. We’re built around all three—happy to show how that differs from what you saw before.
We’re already working with an agency.
Good—that usually means you take search seriously. The question is whether you're getting the output and proof you need. If you want a straight comparison on volume, where the plan comes from, and reporting, we can walk through it without drama.
What if I want quarterly billing and a website build?
Quarterly + website build: 10% off the full stack. The 6-month commitment covers the financed $6K build.
$3,500 a month sounds like a lot.
It’s a real line item. The useful frame: what’s one qualified client or matter worth against a fixed monthly cost—and does traffic you own reduce what you’re paying Google over time? We’ll use your numbers; no generic ROI theater.
What counts as “progress” for the 90-day guarantee?
At kickoff we document a baseline once Google Search Console reflects your real landscape. We focus on an agreed priority set—the pages and searches that lead to clients—not terms that don't lead to business.
We consider the needle moved if, by the end of the first 90 days of paid service, at least one of the following improves versus that baseline by the thresholds in your agreement (we set the numbers in writing so there’s no debate):
- How often your pages show up for the pages and searches that matter (Search Console)
- Clicks from search to the pages that matter for your business
- Where you show up in results for the searches that matter (Search Console + tracker)
- New pages we publish start showing up for the searches you care about
If none of those indicators clear the agreed bar, we extend the program up to 90 more calendar days at no charge while we adjust strategy and execution.
We re-baseline or pause the guarantee window only in edge cases—e.g. prolonged site outage, blocked publishing, or a major change on your side that makes measurement meaningless. Exact rules sit in your client agreement.
Can you guarantee rankings?
We don’t guarantee a specific rank or slot—no ethical operator can promise Google’s algorithm.
We do guarantee delivery (the work in your plan) and accountability: if the agreed search metrics don’t move in the first 90 days, you get up to 90 more days free while we course-correct. That’s how we put our incentives where your risk is.
Someone else has to sign off on this.
Makes sense. We can package a short written summary of the plan and economics for whoever needs it—and schedule a tight follow-up so questions don’t die in email.
